... is actually just a friend. He has a predilection for vodka that makes him mostly entertaining. But sometimes, not. He said "c'mon... let's go and have violent sex". Hmmm... really unappealing to me however presented...

"violent sex" could be interpreted many ways, but none of them too terribly enticing, from what I gather. He probably had no clue how clueless that choice of terminology was, or why it might not exactly get the desired result.
